It is a huge AoE homing with 5 second snare time and for how strong and impactful the jutsu is, the cooldown it has is simply too low. I think that this jutsu needs to be toned down, either through a longer cooldown, lower snare time or lower range.
The entire point of that is because Earth damage is very low. 60 int and the homing deals under only 54 damage. Instead, I'd like to report you for bug abusing the non-avoidable GF WM combo and I'm going to record you doing it and file a support ticket, since you want to be the one to always report something but keep abusing everything.

(Unfortunately) is used because this is a side effect of giving players the ability to get into positions of power that allow them the freedom to affect the gameplay of others. While it sucks that it exists, it also sucks if it doesn't.
I would like to enlighten you on what actually happened, as I am the one who called Freezehud to jail BadQ, especially because I'm the only one on this thread who has had 5+ years in Sand and constantly makes the attempt to fix the village when there is something wrong.
Here is What Actually Happened, Without Proof Because There is No Need but Can Be Provided Unnecessarily
I logged onto my other account to farm blanks, two lowbies were farming and BadQ was crying about how I was farming blanks. I need ryo, I am leveling 5+ accounts including an int weapon master water and that alone takes most of my ryo. I was also grinding for tool money for all characters because people like to attack me when I'm on a low level character therefore having a fan and a shuriken make my experience easier.
BadQ proceeds to rage and cry and demand that you should ban all Blank Farmers, and you can certainly check his chat logs to view his little rant. He then claims that there is a topic on the forum about it. I said little to nothing to this man other than "Go grind Scarabs", which since there was a blessing there was so much more EXP to be claimed on a small map like Scarabs, speaking from experience I've leveled to 50 multiple times so I know how to play the game and was simply trying to help him out by giving him better advice.
BadQ continued to rage and decided to one hit all scorpions with a kunai, taking aggro completely disregarding his desire for EXP and the lowbies on the map could no longer kill scorpions. I told him to sit tight and I'd find a GM to intervene, however unfortunately none were online so the next best decision was to call Freezehud. Speaking from experiences with past Kazekage, I know I'm not the first person to constantly pardon/exile/rage/pardon/exile/rage/trash talk a Kage, but I know now that in doing so causes my reputation to go down because it's not the drama that people go for, it's the truth of the situation.
Here is How @FreezeHud Actually is the Greatest Kazekage in Sand History and benefitted the Sand Village for the first time in many moons
Freezehud broke the cycle of Kazekage just dropping AND SHAMING the title of Kazekage altogether and handing it to friends/girlfriends, and actually stood up for himself and had fun doing it. He disbanded the police, which caused players to actually want to join the Organization. He's broken the cycle of Kazekage's being inactive throughout their entire term and actually logs on and actively hunts with us and leads raids effectively. He is the first Kazekage in five years to open Sand publicly to everyone and drop the discord on the Notice Board, inviting everyone in except those who wronged him. Even those who wronged him he gave another chance to.
To be fair, some people in Sand believe that they are more important than others and that is why problems like this and petty arguments occur. (For example, people with ranks more often than others....) but the truth is, Freezehud doesn't care who you are and knows that he's the alpha in town. Nobody else in Sand matters compared to the Kazekage, for it is a monarchy. A monarchy is a Kingdom. If you are a Sand Ninja, no matter what your rank is, you have one job only: to fight for country and King. Everyone else dies, and your brothers/sisters lives are the only thing that should matter to you.
Most people write an expose post and stay exiled. I wrote a post exposing the problems about Sand providing evidence, and instead got pardoned out of nowhere after initially being declined twice through others (I didn't have him on discord) just to be shown how @FreezeHudwas actually fixing the village. Most of the time, "leaving the village and going rogue just to end up coming back in 3 weeks" means the problem is personal. This is not the case with Sand. If Freeze exiles you, you've actually done something wrong, because his actions have proved that he has given everyone a chance. Some of these Kazekages reset out into another village and then back in just to wear the robe and flex that they were Kazekage to lowbies just to reset out a month later. When Freezehud finishes his term, he will have earned the right to do so.

I recommend asking for beneficial items over jutsus since that is what is given to organizations.
I'm just saying, a jutsu for medical corps would be more meaningful.

Can there be stuff like Org requirement for jutsus?I'm sorry, I thought it was implied that if they left the Organization they should no longer be allowed to use the jutsu so yes technically you're correct. Yeah, there should also be an Org Requirement. Seeing as how your chakra stacks with heals, perhaps there SHOULD be a chakra requirement in order to use this alleged and hopefully future T3.

Hello Nin Online community, today my suggestion will revolve around the Medical Corps and how to fix the inactiveness. First, I will list the 3 major reasons why nobody wants to join the Medical Organizations on Nin Online.
1. There is no benefit.
2. It is cosmetic based and you don't have to be apart of the Organization to wear the Medical Cosmetics.
3. You can just be a medic and help people without being in the Medical Organization.
There is a solution to all three!
1. Give the Medical Organizations in each village an Area of Effect Healing Technique. Let's try this!
Let's call the jutsu... Hands of Healing and let's make it a Tier 3. From that point forward, let's apply the template of Earth Prison and Great Earth Prison to the Hands of Healing move, but let's change it up a bit. Let's give it 7 levels.
Level 1 - all within 4 tiles get healed.
Level 2 - shorten cd by 1
Level 3 - shorten chakra cost by 1
Level 4 - All within 5 tiles get healed
Level 5 - shorten cd by 1
Level 6 - Shorten chakra cost by 1
Level 7 - All within 8 tiles get healed
Let's make it so that when you activate the jutsu, you can only stand in one area. For the icon for when it heals others, you can just use the Akatsuki aura and make it lime green. @Artists
Any suggestions on how to improve the idea will be welcomed, otherwise all irrelevant posts below will be in violation of the Terms of Service. Thank you for your time.-

This topic is nonsence.
You want to challenge the whole system of a village to hope to take power one day. But even with a pvp system you wouldn't have a chance.
Anyway, Rory has set up a system for each village, that's how it is.
Update: Progress has been made. Rory has given the go ahead to Erox to strictly manage the Sand Village more closely and oversee ceremonies and ensure that Sand Siblings are picked properly in the future. Don't believe me? Ask Erox yourself. I'm sure he will eventually announce it.
If you have evidence against any form of past Kazekage abuse, now is the time to spread awareness. Post it here. If you're not comfortable give it to me and I'll post it. To be honest, since Sand is in fact a Monarchy, the King would technically be the strongest of a dispute to earn that title anyway. I definitely think that a 1v1v1 between the Sand Siblings for Kazekage would suffice as a better way to pick a Kazekage. A tournament for Sand Siblings, and then a 1v1v1 for Kazekage. Winner and two runner ups are Sand Siblings. That sounds like it works just fine.

I don't agree with GMs intervening with player created content, its a story line that lives on naturally. Cases like; when a player dissapears and a new heir has to be picked are acceptable to be handled by a GM, because that's a dead end to this RP.
From the very beginning my verdict was that six months is way too short time period for a game that will live on for years and Kage titles become more meaningless eventually. Its a design that the game creator wanted and majority of the community that the kages change *all the time*. Therefor we shall enjoy the free content we receive with this system and watch the world of Nin-Online burn.

It makes little to no difference that the Kage picks favorite Sand Sibling. That is a flaw. Instead, let the Sand Siblings fight for the position in a TRIPLE THREAT MATCH.

Hey, let's also not forget the fact that for years the Sand Village system has been bullying and harassing new players which caused the toxicity to take hold because they are paranoid and suspect them of being spies. I am unfortunately guilty of this myself. Unfortunately there are people who do in fact abuse accounts to gain advantages over other players by spying during raids, however bullying level ones isn't going to increase the player base. Instead of eliminating people from being in the village you should be recruiting instead and accepting as many candidates as possible so that the game grows. Sand Village we're wrong for that.

It is time for the Admins to step up now that they have a team and are taking control back from the players as well. They almost successfully killed the toxicity, the players are definitely afraid of the discord mods. Now, they must fix the game. The players can't even handle positions of roleplay without being moderated. We need Roleplay Moderators in game. @Erox so there's a suggestion to fix this as well gearing toward the future. There are many instances in which a Kazekage, SMPF officer, Sand Assassin and Council have abused any form of power given to them to make a statement. @Nurse B aka Balcoin who for some reason I can't directly @ has been abused many times by the Sand System.

Okay I just want to say this about Earth.
The damage on Earth is very low except for Earth Spikes. The opness that comes from earth prison in Team Fights is because earth doesn't have very good damage. Pillar cd is long as it is and it's only 6 tiles which isn't very far. That's shorter than most homings on other elementals and I think even some wm moves.
ep is also useful for freezing everyone so that way you can see which character is yours or saving your friends life.
All I gotta say is, buff the damage on Earth and water if you're going to nerf it. Everything else idc about. A free like for a brother Sand.
