    Q: I bought a Gift Card and selected to Send Gift Card By "Print" method. I can't get my redemption code now!

    A: You can get the code by going to Cash Shop > Manage Purchases, Select the gift card or press "Manage" button next to it. You will see a "Print Gift Card" Option there with the code.
