    Introduction
    For those users who are experiencing problems getting the game to work, you can try the steps we have provided below.

    This game will not work on Mac or Linux.

     

    Run Compatibility Mode and Run as Administrator

    If you are running a Windows Operating System newer than Windows XP try this method.

    1. Right click the Shortcut that the Installer created on your Desktop.
    2. Click Open File Location.
    3. Double click the bin folder.
    4. Right click the Nin Online.exe.
    5. Click Properties.
    6. Click the checkbox next to Run this program in compatibility mode for:.
    7. Click on the drop down menu next to the checkbox and select Windows XP (Service Pack 2).
    8. Click on the checkbox next to Run this program as an administrator.
    9. Click OK.
    10. Double click Nin Online.exe to see if it works.

     

    Disable UAC
    You can try disabling the user account control option in your operating system. This will only affect people who use Windows Vista, 7, or 8. If you do not know how to do this, follow this link and uninstall the game. After you have completed these instructions, make sure to restart your computer and install the game again.
