I'm wondering what exactly this sword does. I'm reading the wiki and it can't be right. It says it's a ranged attack sword with one of the longest projectile ranges that stuns every slash and it also gives +20 intelligence? None of that information can be correct, right? There's no way someone would add so much of that to this sword.

Let me start by saying, I'm not asking for any buffs or nerfs. I just want to ask Rory if he realises that there is no point in maxing Risky anymore. It's range is 5 tiles across all levels and at max level the base dmg is increased by 1. (It takes over 20 hours to go from lvl 1 risky to lvl 3 risky just for 1 base dmg increase) Just wondering if this is intentional because if jutsus start becoming obsolete in terms of levelling them then other jutsus will organically be stronger.
