    remove the snare and knockback effect form the the 20 and 40 strenght ones . and remove the stun from the crstal fan but let it do triple hit landing all 3 at once outside a group fight is hard as hell

    agreed that earth/light and fire are in need of polish they might be good in group fight but not in 1vs1 so much

    there is like a 90% chance that the best fire/light (niti/itachi/vali/lucifer) would lose to any gf/wm it not how good you are there are ingame limits in those masteries.to land a chidori to only break a sub by that logic RUINS the very point of chidori. And the ppl dont truyl gother sub chidori they sub punsih it when they can most ppl just run out of it becuase the jutsu is slow as fuck or punish a player for using it.

    All masteries must be good in 1vs1 that the very first rule of mmorpg pvp is all class(masteries) should be able to be any (class(mastery ) player with the right skil but fire/light is beyond bad for 1vs1 .Sure it good for group fight but that a diffrent story and doesnt apply to basic 1vs1 rule,group fight masteries are a speical case some are good for it some are not but pvp balance is always based on one thing 1vs1 . Example a gf/wm can still do good i na group fightand be perfect for 1vs1 hoewever a fire/light cant.

    chidori does need a good rework it almost immpossible to land in 1vs1 against a skilled player .but fire/light in itself is just horrible in 1vs1 how to rework it would be simple hard to tell .

    check with the account menager in the kage building you might hsve disable xp by a mistake.or if you where in a team with a much more high lv that can happen too.

    they need to rework the jutsu not buff them cutter need to be a 2 sec stand cast and then a 12 sec ys version not a homming with a 1,5 sec stun. feast need to be run cast if earth and wind have one then i see no reason why lighting should have one. lighting senbon should be a aoe going trought ppl. That my suggest of course getting all 3 off them would make lighting op but 2 out of the 3 would make it a desent mastery. adding damage wont fix if the jutsus suck.

    i like the idea , long ago i hosted event to enter ppl needed to have over 200 point in contribution to a village so it was a fun event .
