• Cant Fish, I hear the sound for it but cant see the animation or pull the rod

    Deep Purple

The rod goes out and everything but I only hear the "!" sound but I don't see the symbol nor can I press space to interact/tug.

I've tried relogging a few times and tried fishing in different areas but nothing worked.

I would like to fish again so I can buy my jutsu scrolls, as low level it helps alot my friend gave me the rod and I cant use it at all

    Steps to reproduce issue:

These are my attempts that I've tried to resolve the issue but didn't work.

    1. Relogging account
    2. Fishing in different areas
    3. Reinstalling the game and updating it
    4. Tried fishing on a different account
    5. Space bar only bind for fishing
    6. Switching rods, trying different rods that are not mine (I use the cheap rod)
    7. Trying on a different PC

I also started fishing today and also was unable to fish.

In detail: when I used the Fishing Rod, it made the casting bar appear and told me to press the Space Bar key. But pressing Space Bar did simply cancel it, giving the message ,,cast failed".

Now, I also had Space Bar set for one of my Jutsus. But it kept failing the cast, no matter if the jutsu was on cool down or not.

I did set the fishing to another hotkey (R) and fishing works normally. For testing purpose, i also set space bar for fishing while having my jutsu use another hotkey. This also let it work normally.

Have an ingame warning appear while fishing, if a hotkey is used for another function, too.

Many users file bugs which are useless because they don't contain enough information for us to do anything about them. Our policy is to close these bugs without investigating them. Please follow these guidelines to avoid having your bug closed and help make sure we can fix the bug you're reporting.

Most bugs are not actually obvious, even if they look obvious to you. Usually issues actually only happen in a very specific set of circumstances, which you happen to have. These guidelines are designed to make sure we can figure out what's going on. So please never skip any part of the guidelines, no matter how obvious you think the problem is, or how many issues you've filed before - skipping any details will likely make it much more difficult to help you.

Make sure you understand the bug

Many bug reports are actually just unintended consequences of systems that are working as intended. This is not a bug, and should be addressed as a suggestion.

Make sure you are running the latest version of the game

To avoid reporting bugs we've already fixed, please verify the issue happens in the latest version of client, and then verify that there is no existing bug report that matches the issue you plan to report already in the Issues tab. There is a chance that it may already be fixed in the pending update.

    Use the bug report template

The bug submission page is pre-filled with a template. Do not delete it - we need all this information to be able to help you. Please provide as much of the requested information as you can, including the system details or crash report information with every report.

Only mention one problem per issue

Please only describe one problem in each issue you create. It's very confusing to have two separate descriptions at once and usually means you skipped some important information for one of them.
