Don't forget to nerf Chidori while you're at it. It's basically the same as GF Flicker combo, but from 11 tiles if you cast it behind a tree. Simply OP.

It's not that it's OP because they don't have to split stats or something. Elementals don't have to split stats and no one complains about them being OP (or at least not as much). Fan and GF are probably too good on their own as solo masteries, as Alev said.
