Backstory

Shogeki was born into the Ukiyo clan to one of the former councilmen/elders and was raised to be the next in line as such, while Ukiyo normally have red eyes Shogeki inherited his mothers pale green eyes instead while learning to help lead the clan Shogeki found he had a knack for time space ninjutsu and began to train become a weapon based Shinobi, he practiced all types of Shuriken jutsu until he had them mastered till he had a precision aim and speed at summoning his tools, he also became fond of kenjutsu and studied it to the the same level, he would go to graduate the ninja academy and take his fathers position soon after, while doing so he learned that he had a affinity to lightning, he now trains to learn to control and use it.
