[Add Chakra Barrier Tags to Takumi Tool Shop]

Barrier tags are a bit bugged atm disappears every time someone leaves map but having them in Takumi shop isnt a bad idea

Seems a bit high for a bubble weapon maybe if you removed the stun/snare and just made it like a tag and explode on dmg then yeah

Oh that's not why i complain about it the reason is similar to mountain crusher and seismic dash when paired with flicker it unavoidable unless you use sub unlike every other jutsus in game
those are the 3 jutsu i dislike

theres probably a stat reason behind it tbh

xD yeah its a pain arent you able to do the same with Agi tai? since the moves are kinda the same but just less dmg
