We could always run the selection process differently in each village. I would imagine Konoha to be a democracy, seeing as how Harashima once said that the people decide their leader or something like that. Though in the series it's been shown otherwise. Mist could decide through fight to the death. Suna could be a military government. Cloud seems like a democracy as well.

Yes there is a cool down system Some Jutsus also have a casting time, so you're left vulnerable while casting it.

Welcome to the community glad you finally decided to register. Though Nin is an old project, the version you see has only been developed for 2 months, so it won't be as complete as you expect. Treat it as a demo until we get more updates!

Intro is cool, if you're into making trailers and visual effects, I recommend you learn After Effects, it's an awesome software.

The item will have the item stats of normal headband protector. As for stats with your hat/mask items, a forehead protector is about as much stats as you're going to ever get. There aren't going to be +2 STR hats. Because that just defies logic. Thanks for all the support so far Also, hazashi what do you mean?

Yeap. Names of important things like Sharingan and Rinnegan will remain. Because these are easy to remember, notable features, as compared to - just another jutsu - no jutsu.

Wow, that's a really long time ago. You should remember Robin/Kite from back then. He's helping from the shadows now, providing us the host for the forum, domains and stuff. But Whack/Eddie has taken over with programming on Nin Online. I'm glad you're here you might be the first from NR.
