Wastelander News 28/01/2021 Ambushing During my time roaming within the Land of Rivers and in the Land of Fire, It became apparent that there are a lot of hotspots within these two sections that enable rouge shinobi to ambush our shinobi. The other day, I was attempting to travel through the Land of Rivers to complete a mission from the mission board. After making my way through the desert and into the Land of Rivers, an unexpected group of rogues ambushed me. "Why?" I asked myself after being ambushed by them. "What's the real reason behind these ambushes?" I started to ask around, travelling through the Land of Rivers to find rogue shinobi and to ask them this question "What's the deeper meaning behind these spots being picked?" My first encounter was with a female rogue shinobi. She told me " It's the harassing truth. Nothing can stop criminals. Criminals are criminals." These words imply that Ambushing shinobi is a sport to them. Criminals have a monopoly for ambushing our shinobi right now as their hidden village is closer to the sand village than any other village. Other sources say "It's for the easy money. It's easy to hunt bounties." And these words are True to some extent, Holding up the main pathways around the Land of Rivers will rain in money for them as there is no alternative around spots such as Bears and Tigers. Even though you will see rogue shinobi, there is a high chance to run into Leaf shinobi as well. Leaf shinobi usually set up their ambushes more near the land of fire. In conclusion, to avoid being ambushed use some common sense and use Cloak of Invisibility to sneak past ambushes. It's not a given that you will sneak by them but better safe than sorry.   3. I had an idea about a jutsu that could be used as a lvl 30 Bubble jutsu. It would be a buff jutsu that could be cast on the user or on an ally. When the buff is on, the user has a slight movement speed increase and the next hit they take is negated, but they lose the movement speed buff when that happens (so like Sub with no teleport). The jutsu would level similar to it's Water lvl 30 counterpart Water Prison meaning it would have 2 sec cast time and lower range on early levels. On max the jutsu would have 1 sec cast time and 9 tile range.

  4. very much in favour of either stacking BI debuff and/or increasing duration of bi for each consequent death. Either way tackling the issue of 'bi warrioring' would be a step in the right direction imo

  5. This suggestion would lock lowbie missing ninjas at takumi/tanzaku villages only, not good idea. Bi that reduces stats more after continuous dying but is lessen by 1-2 minutes overall as compensation sounds fine.

  7. can we stay on topic and not turn this thread into a leaf vs sand thread like every other thread. The problems have been mentioned, react and upvote the solutions you think would be the best fix. Yes bigger DZ and more maps is a good idea, but this will take time to implement. We need a quicker solution

  9. A better solution would be making the Battle Injuries de-buff worse and worse if the player keeps dying with BI on. This would make them less and less relevant if they do try to be a BI warrior and would also be in line with the RP aspect of the game. For example, you die once you have BI 1, you die again while on BI 1, you get BI 2, then 3 (Same cooldown just worst stats)... Something along those lines. Locking people in safe-zones isn't healthy just like BI warrioring isnt.
