Spiked Baseball Bat Fix/Buff?

Trying out spiked baseball bat it's quite underwhelming when compared to other sword that require 70str. As it stands twin blades which requires 3lvls more lvls to use is a much better option so to try and prevent it from being another muramasa I'd like to see it reworked or buffed. 

(My dumbass posted it by accident incomplete) my two suggestions 1)make it a low str req (around 40str maybe) or 2) Add a short affect to it i.e bleed or silence

I think that we should just see the item as a baseball bat. Shouldnt have anything special to it.

I agree that the Str requirement should be lowered to 40. What lvl 20 WM has 70 str anyway? It's supposed to be a lvl 20 quest arc.

The bat should be Lv 20, 40 str req, 20 base damage.

The Nikuya should be re-adjusted to around this too. I think it has a lv 63 str requirement or something strange like that.
