I was just thinking what if there was a way to hire a rogue?
Like anyone in a village could pay to get some sort of form/paper that can be traded to a rogue you wish to hire. Once the rogue has it the rogue could right click to use the item and then it would allow that rogue to join your team for a set amount of time depending on the level of hire the user paid for.
500 ryo = 30 minutes, Every 30 minutes will = 500 ryo so if you want someone for an hour it would be 1000 ryo and so on.
Once you hire a rogue they are only allowed to go out and hunt with you, grind mobs and stuff like that. A rogue will NOT be able to pull missions for you. Once the rogue accepts/uses the item you and the rogue will get a buff with the time. If either one logs out then its over, if the rogue or you leave the team then its over. You need to remain in the team for the buff to continue for the duration in which you paid for.
