Anyone Workout?

I'm practicing different sets Monday, Wednesday, Friday.  Training only for my muscles to keep em looking good. I don't really have a goal, I've always been fit. Training is simple: Depending on your genotype, train alot if you eat alot high calorie food! EDIT: What comes to my practice, I can execute everything with pair of dumbbells. Depending which set I'm doing I can remove / add weight.

Bodybuilders and fitness models/athletes usually checks their burn ratio before they start their training season (as a starter that want's to train and become a pro). This way you will know how much you're s'pose to eat, so you don't train and don't get any result. If you're not serious you can just google some schedules of how much you're s'pose to eat (calories, prot etc) and follow the regular schedule(s) that are suggested.

Max out pushups, I'm talking have a pillow or do this shit in the grass because you gotta do this till you don't feel your arms not "k that seems like enough".

After you finished run to your bed and have porn open already.

You'll notice that your arm moves super fast and feels like a feather when you fap.

 

I normally do like 15 sets of this throughout the day.

On a regular basis? What routine you running?

I'm on a heavy routine of my own design at the moment and am maintaining ketosis through the end of the summer. Once summer is over, I'll be shifting back into glycosis (probably dirty bulk of peace) and running the 636 with a few isolations that I like.
