Feel free to hate it or whatever. I'd like to suggest that sparring with someone can raise your ability to work together, which in turn gives a mild boost when you squad up/team up. Like how genin have squads and they are put together to make them all get stronger together. Another example would be how AKatsuki always had 2 people as partners and they somewhat complimented each others abilities.
@Wizard Well that's interesting.. though I think that's way too much thinking. I keep it basic. Monday&Thursday 1st workout (No cardio) Tuesday&Friday 2nd workout (No cardio) Wednesday&Weekend 20 min hiit That's my school scuedule not my current. It has never strayed me wrong before.
@Wizard I split my routine up so I can stay active and keep my metabolism running like a horse. Again, when school comes back I'll be doing this all in one session, like you suggested.
I think it needs to be limited like 1 eye every week or so. Also the eye they take has to replaced with another eye. That way you are not walking around with an eye patch.
@Greed the Avaricious It's not really that much effort. I'm only doing this because it is summer and I'm competeing against a friend. When I go back to school its back to 5 days a week with only 1 weightlifting session a day. Sat+Sun rest days.
Ah, thanks. Mm, I've been needing to read more Sun-Ken.. That's a great manga mm It actually isn't as bad as you may think. I eat enough to maintain my muscles and burn fat.
