Upon impact, the user releases an electric discharge, stunning anyone caught in its area of effect, similar to the Lightning Current Technique. Compared to its predecessor, It requires a larger quantity of chakra to utilize but the increased range, along with the walk-cast, makes it easier to land in combat.

The Lightning Cutter Technique is a Lightning Mastery Technique, which allows the caster to imbue their hand with lightning before moving instantaneously to their target over a distance of up to 10 tiles and performing a thrust damaging the target and stunning them for 2 seconds. It has a cast time of 3 seconds and requires the caster's total concentration. Thus they must remain completely still during the casting period. However, as the user becomes more proficient with the technique, this is reduced to 2 seconds.
