since your new you wouldn't know this but the game isn't "fair" in a sense that it works in everyone's favor as you said ppl do it for missions which is why they would kill player doesn't matter if they can defend themselves or not and other just do it for killing what we call "lowbies"

there already is a grace period which is 1-10 if i remember correctly, the debuff is the same number no matter the lvl

I understand your reason to suggest/ want it changed but imo problems like leaf CE arena needs to be fixed first plus tanz isn't owned by leaf but allied so it is considered a part of leaf
