Its called walking away and ignore. The 'bully' gets intimidated and just backs off.
There is a report function for a reason. It literally takes 5 sec to make a damn report. A wise old man once said - Once a bully, always a bully. Would you let your playerbase drop out and leave the bullies just because you can 'ignore' them? If he bullied one, he would most likely do it again to a different dude, all for getting some attention.

You can do everything without this shit . Arnold once said if you take supplements you will become stronger for awhile but after that you will become invalid sooner or later but i realized it too late ! I like fitness and street fitness , and i am progressing without taking supplements and i am against them !
Using Arnold as a source is just stupid. That dude took illegal stuff lol. I am just taking protein (protein = amino, in a way) and mega 3 and sometimes energy drink, when I feel weak and can't perform good... it's not like you're cheating or anything.
I am not taking anabolic steroid.

Fighting to the death? That's really random way of picking kage for a game like ninon. None of us even played the game so it won't really determine fighting skills directly.
