Well the cool thing about that is that they will have the buff for more hits technically, but because of their sacrifice in damage it's not like they would be doing that much more

A cooler passive would be +5 to all stats when at 25% health but that would be pretty broken.

If I ever become Kazekage, I wanted to create environments where RP is fun and engaging but also rewarding. However this is difficult because we have lived in a time period where multiple people have had their rank removed for RP missions. I have not met anyone who hosts RP missions in any village in the past couple of months. I know a lot of people are afraid because there might be some hidden rules that they could be breaking. But I also know a lot of kage can't keep track of people who are hosting RP missions to reward them with rank, so it usually defaults to whoever does well with hosting teams in CE. I would love to change all of that, but it relies on communication and cooperation from the village.

My only reason for revoking the titles after a kage's term was simply because people will leave villages or quit playing based on who the kage is. Also in case a kage wanted to abuse the feature on one of the last days/weeks of their term to make messed up titles.

Considering the majority of people couldn't log in, I can only imagine how many people popped a blessing just so they couldn't use it effectively. I think a good gesture would be to refund everyone's blessing who popped one the past two days since we have been having issues with homing jutsu and logging in for that period of time.

Would be cool if a Kage could make custom titles during their term to give to players. Examples being Legendary Sannin if the hokage wanted to create it. Then once their term is up the title would be removed.

This has been the case for several months now. I've brought up my concerns to Ana Primal who had recently come back from a ban but Drusilla was added back to the SMPF. You're not alone @Kyodo you are just one of the 8 other people who this has happened to. It seems like there's nothing we can do and Drusilla will continue to be a police officer.

Medics should have a questline that requires them to get venom from snake's lair and bring them to the hospital to convert to an item called poison cure. This will be a consumable like Blood Pills or Chakra Pills but can only be made by the medical corp members of each respective village. I believe they should also be able to craft Blood Pills and Chakra Pills but I'm not sure what should be used to create those things. But this mechanic is already in the game with the honey lady in Tanzaku, so it should be easy to implement.

One of the most boring aspects of this game are the daily missions. Since we are delegated to the same three missions for our level range I want to instead highlight a different aspect of this game. I want to bring PVP to the forefront of the game and to also reward it. Players should be able to get better rewards for killing others so that it is actually a way to level up in the game. Right now at level 35 I would need to collect a bounty of 2,100 Ryo to get the same amount for a mission. That means that I would have to kill 42 players. That would be the equivalent of 400 bears. Yet in the time it could take me to kill 400 bears I would have only seen 5 players. Bounty does not reward you for the rarity of finding a player and beating them. It does not reward you for the difficulty and I believe this is only because the missions for it do give higher rewards in exp than normal. But I believe that if we created this as a method to train that it would create a more interesting game.

Actually buffs are really great for the game. We have one element that's pretty good right now, why not bring every other element to that speed? Seems illogical to nerf something because it's moderately good with a lot of outplay in the game.

On top of this, it's inconsistent with the horizontal version. If you're facing horizontal the hit box is 1 tile away while vertically it will be 2.

Honestly, a lot of these suggestions are made in good faith but don't actually solve any of the issues. Coming from my experience in the last kazekage transfer, a lot of inactive people will only log on to vote. Prior to the event I had been logging on for about 2 weeks. When it came to a Kazekage being chosen, I had seen so many new people who were level 50+ accounts. When the process was over, they never logged on again. There is no possible way for you to solve the rigging of votes because the votes are made to be rigged. If Rory wanted to stop it or any GM they could easily tag votes with the IP and cross reference it against others and strike the vote. The reality is that I don't think anyone has the intention to prevent voting fraud for these elections. There's no possible way to pick members to be council who will continue to be active in the game because some people have lives outside of the game. Some people get bored, some people lose interest in the game and so on. There's just no possible way to fix that.
