Dear Ninja, First of all, I want to take some time to talk about the status of the beta phase. We really like it. We're almost done making Nin Me and Seth have been working hard enough to get things done, and slacked off enough to not get burnt out for the past 6 months and so after a good 6 months of hard work work.. without further ado.. The game world is basically complete as you can see, all we need to do is add some buildings and trees and what not and it'll be a full game I'm sure! Premium Masteries So we asked ourselves internally, what does a pancreas do exactly? We decided that it would be best to add new masteries for everyone, because 8 just wasn't doing it. Some of the ideas that we considered included Seals mastery, Genjutsu mastery and of course Puppet mastery. So presenting to you... Uchiha Mastery The mastery of Itachijutsu, Uchiha Mastery makes you a Itachi, a prodigy of the Leaf Village's Uchiha Clan, who became an international criminal after murdering his entire clan, sparing only his younger brother, Sasuke. Itachi-nin can learn jutsus such as Sharingan and Raven Fireball Technique. Scorpion Mastery Scorpion Mastery is the specialization of clawjutsu, it transforms you into a Scorpion and you get a variety of customization options for your scorpion-nin. I'm sure you guys will have a lot of questions, especially "why is there no red option?" We initially included a red scorpion option, but we eventually decided to remove it because it looked too much like a lobster. Which brings us to the final mastery! Lobster Mastery Unlike Scorpion Mastery, however, Lobster Mastery does not have customization, as we firmly believe that lobsters should remain red. Paid Masteries As we've hinted in the title of this development log, these masteries will be Cash Shop purchases. We've yet to set a price to unlock them, but we're looking at a subscription model. Fingers crossed for next generation

That's how I felt when I finished the manga. I'll probably continue watching from the point I stopped in the anime someday, and definitely want to get to those filler arcs, flashbacks and side stories that aren't in the manga. I can't wait to see how it goes, but I'm still skeptic about it. I don't like how Boruto and a lot of the kids just follow after their parents in design too much. I feel like that it limited how much a new generation of ninjas could've been if they didn't make all the main characters just kids of the previous main characters. :/

So an unrelated anime just ended its run after 10 years, how about that!

Sub-paths are based on stats, so you'll require a certain amount of STR for Gentle Fist jutsus and AGI for Speed Style. If you put your stats split among them, you could be a mix of both, but at the cost of not being very good at either. I don't think that will be recommended, but players are free to try!

Don't worry about world blessings, they will all be returned to you even if you used them or not! Seth is working on missions as we speak and it's looking good. We will relaunch with a few variation of dailies, but I'll add more as we go along. It might be slightly repetitive at first, but we'll add more as we go. Hopefully with more things to do, and with dailies that force players to traverse the world, it'll make the game feel less repetitive and grindy. The mission system will also be what we need to create story missions finally!!

Its never nice to feel cheated of your money, as I always say, Gold ninja is not a purchase of early access or buying a game, I put that tier out to people who want to support our development and help us continue to maintain the server and the fees that come with developing an MMORPG. It's a free game at it's core and you can still enjoy it that way - when it's out of beta. Thanks for the positive responses guys, unfortunately, I can't agree to restore levels based on screenshots because that would be horrific to those who did not take screenshots. Instead, we're aiming for a fair way to reimburse everyone of their time. As much as possible, I want atleast everyone who is in closed beta to be level 30 in a few days with minimal effort. We'll see in a few days..!

I've been trying to get him to rest more as well, thanks for all the support, did not expect the bad news to be received well at all. Regarding the timing for the event, @Absolianconsidering not everyone will be free during a set timed event. I think it would be more appriopriate to give out XP boost items but I'll look into the viability of that. Thanks!

Dear Ninjas, As some of you may have known, our programmer, Seth was previously hospitalized due to personal health issues. Bad News During his hospitalization, something unfortunate happened, as Seth was the one doing manual transactions to pay for the dedicated server, he was unable to make payment in time for our server and as such, the server went offline and our provider went ahead and wiped the server of all our data. We did not lose much progress in development, but due to our lack of foresight, we lost all the player save data during Closed Beta up until now. We're sincerely sorry for the trouble this has been and we'll be trying our best to make it up to you guys.. Better News Since Seth is back, things are starting to progress again, and we're thinking of how we can make things up to everyone who had worked so hard during closed beta. We don't have any way of restoring everyone's leveling progress. But I definitely do not want to force everyone to go through that again. Before we bring Closed Beta back live, we're going to be implementing a few new features including Daily Missions, to make the leveling experience less repetitive. We also will definitely do an XP event in the coming weeks. Seth has also been working hard to fix countless bugs that were reported during the tests and features that I need to continue development to ensure going forward, things will be smoother. He's just recovered, but he's more worried about how to make it up to the players for this incident this than he is for his own health right now, and I understand why. I know we will have lost the trust in many of you guys. But I promise we will learn from this situation and we're already putting systems in place to prevent such an incident from happening ever again. Dear Ninja, First of all, I apologize for the lack of updates once again! Hopefully things will start picking back up soon. It's such a waste that we can't get Open Beta out quicker. I don't want to over hype whats coming, but we've been working on the new sub-paths for masteries, namely Kenjutsu (Sword Style), Gentle Fist and Fan Style. Sword Style This is one of the jutsus I've completed for Sword Style! It's called Risky Blade Technique. Why is it risky? You'll see! Gentle Fist Though it's name states it's gentle, the amount of power these techniques will push out will depend on the controlled strength of the user. Art by @Master Ant In addition to it's regular kit, Gentle Fist will be the first sub-style to include a Hidden Technique, which will be rare and not attainable through scribes. Fan Style Wind Mask Technique is a utility Jutsu for Fan Users that I think will come in handy for a lot of war/pvp situations. I really can't apologize enough that we're unable to achieve the original dateline we've set for Open Beta. As it is, the game is simply not ready to be opened for everyone else. Although there aren't any game breaking bugs, all the small things and exploits we already know about will take a bit more time to fix. The purpose of a testing phase is to get people to help us test the game, and gradually open it up to players. As it is currently, we already have a long list of bugs and changes to make based on the feedback from our Closed Beta testers. Opening it up to the masses to test now would not benefit us at all in testing. The only benefit I could see for opening the server to everyone now against our good judgement would be to milk the game for money when it's not ready to be enjoyed. I'd rather make sure the game is content ready and polished to the best of our knowledge before going further. Thanks for the understanding! Also, don't worry too much about the imbalance between the power of the villages at the moment. The reason I want to trial the events on Saturday is to see the viability of the events, and prepare guidelines for the future roster!

Please give us a few weeks, your understanding and patience as we solve the outstanding issues as well as prepare additional content for launch.
