Since we now have crafting NPCs I think we should add Medical Corp crafting NPCs to incentivize medical nin to play and help new players. My idea would include an NPC in their respective village organization that would allow them to craft blood pills or chakra pills in order for them to either sell or provide to their village for raids. On top of this added benefit it will allow medical ninja to train/play in low level maps to help new players heal or learn how to play, giving them another important role to play for the village. This NPC will allow Medical Corp members to craft several pills utilizing drops in low level areas. The higher the blood pill tier, the harder the drops are (wolf fang, snake venom, etc) This should make it so safe zones like Larva, Stingers and etc will be populated with medics who can heal or revive new players and help them get started in the game. Hi All! It’s been quite a while since this topic came up so I thought I’d bump it by giving it another whirl. I know it’s been suggested like a gazillion times before, but maybe the need for Leaf getting a utility shop or NPC of some shorts faded into obscurity during recent times. Anyway, here goes: Although I can see where they are coming from when they didn’t give Leaf a utility vest. Both Sand and Mist ninja were seen wearing these flak jackets as Genin during the Fourth Shinobi World War or at least once in the Show. As for Leaf, I haven’t really encountered any different variations to the Leaf flak jacket except the ones used in the Second Shinobi World War by people like Dan Kato which was a light green plain vest with no pockets, neck guards or scroll pouches. If we were to go down the route of every village getting a vest I’d say the best solution would be to recolour the Sand or Mist vest to a light green (like the one we see Dan wear) and make an NPC sell it (with utility pouches) in either of the Leaf shops or just set up shop in one of the village’s empty houses. Adding some symbol to the back of the vest would also be a nice addition but that would probably be too much for a simple flak jacket for non-ranked. Anyway, hope this gets implemented.
