Reduced Blood Tonfas base damage from 45 -> 30, decreased attack speed from 1s -> 1.1s I hereby commit to eventually making Taijutsu weapons not work with Fist type buffs like Gentle Fist and Chakra Scalpel Jutsu with a weapon like blood Tonfas. However, that is not within our current features to be able to do so. So for the time being I'm making some bandaid solutions to this being too over powered. Changed Crystal Fan & Blood Iron Fan attack 1 projectile instead of 3 projectile Range increased from 5 tiles to 8 tiles Attack speed increased from 2.7s to 2.4s Damage increased from 20-22 Oriental Fan attack speed reduced from 2.3s to 2.4s The focus of the following changes is to reduce reliance on pipe for Non-Bubble users as a "support weapon" while making Bubble Mastery itself stronger for people fully invested in it.   2. Give Fans and Pipes a 1 second run cast (possibly to 7sm swords which shoot jutsu as well). I do not know why are weapons that shoot jutsu instant like Fist or Sword melees, they cannot be dodged or deflected like a normal melee. They are all also CC jutsu, which is kinda silly to have instant on a melee when past balance changes were all about adding counterplay and removing instant CC... Fan will still work good with a run cast cause on later levels it has access to triple tile Fans, Bubble would need a slight revamp to make the new melee a bit better and after all the mastery was said to be based around traps which it really isn't now.

  4. - Suggestion to improve the global commerce of nin online. Well, as we all know, the online Nin trading system only focuses on farming and publishing your items within the game through chat and / or discord to reach a few people from other villages, but how about making it more optimal? as it matches. I propose to create a global trade npc with contact with all the villages that each player has accessibility to and publish their items with the NPC and everyone from different villages can see what you sell by having a complete tab of all the players selling their items to different prices and you have to choose a price to your liking when selling the item the system will charge you a tax after 1k onwards of 2% if you have gold 1% when your item is sold it will charge you the tax but as long as you want to remove the item from the store you will be refunded the money of the tax collected. - What will happen to the item and the money when it is purchased? Answer = The item will be transferred to the player who bought the item and the money has two options which are: 1. The money will be transferred directly to the player and a message will appear in the chat when you log to your account then it will say for example: "Your bonesword has been sold for+300000 ryo" and this ryo you can go to claim it at the merchant npc. 2. The above but instead of going to claim the Ryo with the npc that the Ryo appears directly in your inventory. - How does the tax system work and what would happen to the items when you put them in the npc store? That the NPC charge you a small tax that goes to 2%, for example, you go to the NPC and put your item in the store, the merchant will put a 2% fee, for example, you put your item at 300,000 ryos, they will charge you a 2% tax. Therefore, they will take away 6000 ryos in case the item is sold, which would be if they are 300,000, it would be 294,000 the final money. 1. Advantages if you're gold: The NPC will charge you only 1% tax The items when you deliver them to the NPC this will save it as a kind of bank but it is not a bank because after a certain time if the item is not purchased the merchant will return it to you and it will appear in your inventory again. 2. Advantages. I would encourage rp at the system level as this would help to make trade alliances as if it were a merchants guild that does not support any single village that concentrates on doing its business work for its own enrichment. 3. Eliminate 90% or 95% of the NinGeneral trade channel 4. That people can set the price they want and that others buy it under their own responsibility, thus bringing an economy of supply and demand. - Functional suggestion: To further strengthen the RP in the villages, the kage have the option of removing or not the npc from their village to cut commercial alliances: in the case that the villages do not want businesses in their village, the npc will have its predetermined place '' tanzaku ' 'You can also go to enemy villages that if they have said npc and conduct your business. - Here are some fan art of how the trading system with interface and npc would be implemented in the game. I don't quite know the capabilities of the game and what you can mechanics you can slot in @Ueda but I've thought this for quite a while. instead of nerfing blood tonfas so that literally all other tai hybrids who use it suffer just make it so scapels register them as a weapon and therefore cannot be cast upon. if your wearing a sword,kunai or even the monkey staff it says you cannot use this jutsu so why not do the same for blood tonfa/tonfa?

  7. This is something that has been brought up over and over but hasn't reached rory yet so this is another try at it, imma keep it short n simple. Blood Tonfa + chakra scalpel is simply too strong allowing the user to hit 100+ on melee with a fairly good attack speed. There isn't any sacrifices for such a strong build here's an example With tai crit scaling it gets even scarier melee masteries were never meant to be dealing this much dps this is just too strong with Tonfa able to heal aswell

  8. Hello! I would like to talk about Lightning today with the community and staff. It's a great Team Fight mastery and goes well combined with other masteries too except few. But sometimes it falls greatly beneath other masteries in terms of 1v1 potential, my first suggestion is a small buff to it's 1v1 potential just by a bit. Here is it's first lightning jutsu and the buff I would like to suggest: I would like to suggest that after it reaches level 3, it should be able to evolve and instead the three small senbons going in the same direction, they will separate and goes in three directions like this. My second suggestion is it's potential in Team Fights, I believe that Feast can bring it to a further above level: For Team Fights: Right now Feast is a budget WP(Water Prison) without snare and shorter range, it also leaves you vulnerable to cancels or free DMG, if the state of it is going to remain the same, I suggest that instead of hitting a single target, it can hit all the targets within it's range but the more people it hits the less it's DMG becomes, so forexample if it hits one person within range it deals the DMG it normally does but as more targets gets in range, the DMG starts getting lower and the lowest it can go is equal to that of GEP. For 1v1: If we talk about how it can become good in 1v1s then instead of it's current state now it can work like the Vacuum Sphere(before the nerf)...like a barrage of lightning, forexample the lightning will fall on you thrice with 1/3rd of the total DMG it does now in one hit, so if all three of the lightning bolts lands it will equal to the total DMG Feast does now in one hit. You can either run out of range or cancel it but instead of it being canceled from the start doing no DMG, you will at least be able to deal some DMG after this change.(The Casting time is removed.)   12. So I did this once in the past where I only explained how the Sand Village had an inner council and to be honest that literally led nowhere. Now, @Erox @Antar and friends, and @Sand Village and @Sand Rogues, as son of the 8th Kazekage, I would like to publicly report the Sand Village for violation of roleplay law and request that an Administrator take the Kazekage position so that everyone in the Sand Village once again has a free chance to play and prosper, as well as deleting the majority of the Kazekage history due to the fact that Sand Village was in violation of roleplay by passing the Kazekage position from one person to another. I will post proof of how the Sand Village has repeatedly violated Roleplay Law based on forum evidence and screenshots given to me by comrades. Right off the bat, let's start off with what the Sand Village is. "It is a Monarchy run by the Kazekage whose title is passed down to his heir upon finishing his term." Ladies and gentleman it seems we've forgotten for over 5 Kazekage terms that Nin Online's Sand Village has a Roleplay Structure that must be followed. Puppet Brigade isn't listed as one of the opportunities, the mention of the difference between council and advisory council isn't listed, the fact that ANBU is called Sand Assassins isn't specified, and there is no mention of the Sand Sibling Ceremony or the mention of Council/Advisory having power over other players (which has been a rising conflict for years in the Village by the way). For new players it is easy to see how misleading the Sand Village is, especially because it is hard to navigate and find the correct forum post explaining to the Kazekage how the village is run. The Kazekage is generally regarded as the strongest shinobi in the village. It is responsible for keeping Suna on an even footing with the other villages despite its small size. The Sand Village, being a Monarchy of sorts, PICKS IT'S LEADERS FROM THE ADOPTED CHILDREN ALSO KNOWN AS SAND SIBLINGS OF THE PREVIOUS KAZEKAGE UPON THE END OF HIS LIFE OR SERVICE AS KAZKEAGE. IF A NINJA IS A CHUNIN BEFORE BECOMING KAZEKAGE AND SERVES AS AN ACTIVE KAZEKAGE FOR AT LEAST SIX MONTHS HE WILL BE PROMOTED TO JONIN UPON RETIREMENT. nowhere does it state that the kazekage position will be handed from person to person like it has been and I will provide as much evidence as possible to prove this Let's start with the fact that @Light and @TetsuHawk are pretty much the only shinobi who have stayed their 6 month term. There is an existing trend in the Sand Village where people will receive the position of Kazekage and will immediately go inactive and then simply give it to someone else and this pattern has started from my roleplay father Dyan Sashiba the 8th Kazekage. (I am not even a Sand Sibling, he adopted me later.) Dyan started this trend by having three Sand Siblings meet up in the Sand Military Police Force station and giving the Kage position to Slaughter, who I prevented from going rogue two days prior because he was having an emotional breakdown. Administrators can look this up or simply ask @Ueda himself but here is the proof of almost nobody of Kazekage's One through Six staying in their term. Slaughter was given Kage, and then was banned a month later and I personally feel like from Slaughter to the current Kazekage, the history of Kazekage should be erased because it is just flat out abused and the roleplay system was ignored. (from 9+). Dyan didn't even stay his full term. Here is the timeline, okay? Dyan gets Kage and gives Kage to Slaughter Slaughter gets banned At the time, I was Council and was put into a leadership position via permission from @Ueda . In the Discord, one of the council members who I shall not name told us that with Rory, Sand was on it's final straw before administrators intervened. Naturally I can see why. Nobody except for @Light or @TetsuHawk has shown that they are capable of being mature and responsible enough to handle a position like this. The Council was having a hard choice between @Itama Date and @Deviax . We chose Itama. Itama gives it to Nauq Now @Nauq 's story is freaking wild because this is a 13+ game and this man really thought he found love in a hopeless place. He literally simped so hard that he gave up a roleplay Kazekage position to a woman he was probably never going to meet named @Aikya who probably changed her name again. She proved that she was not mentally fit for the Kazekage role because she was literally cyber bullied by @Woo 's Jakusha Clan into submission and quitting, and Woo should have gotten Kage that day but didn't due to the fact that Aikya was a female that gave Nauq attention in ways that a men normally wouldn't with another male. She gives it to Sanshouo. @Sanshouo gives it to @Peperoni Johnson who is currently banned for AFK macroing flicker. @Peperoni Johnson AGAIN PROCEEDS TO GIVE THE POSITION TO @Lumy who gives it to @FreezeHud who slips up and admits that he is predetermining the future for Kazekage as shown below. REDACTED I don't even remember Sparkzz being Kage so chances are I forgot him somewhere, but I'm sure he gave it to someone else too. The simple fact of the matter is that players have proven they can not handle the responsibility of being Kazekage due to consistent mental breakdowns, poor decisions and simply remaining uneducated about how the Sand Village really works. Also, if you look through how how many people were Council and how Council is supposed to be chosen as well as Sand Sibling... nobody followed that rule either. It's a step by step process; NOT one or the other. This is hopefully enough proof seeing as how it is literally years of proof that the Sand Village has been in violation of roleplay law and how Kazekage needs to be taken away by an Administrator for six months. Please note that everyone has a real life outside of Nin and gets busy, so it is understandable that people become inactive. However, if you don't see yourself being active in the game, then you should notify an administrator so that they can handle the Sand Village system since you can't because to think only of your time and activity is selfish in a leadership position where you are managing other people. Since nobody has been mature enough or responsible to handle it this way, an Administrator must take the Sand Village back and restore balance so that everyone holds an opportunity once again.

On the Topic of changing Political Systems or how they function, Nothing will change Sand is and will remain a Hereditary Monarchy, Leaf will remain a Democracy and Mist will remain a Dictatorship.   14. Sweet post and I love how detailed it is. I don't agree with GMs intervening with player created content, its a story line that lives on naturally. Cases like; when a player dissapears and a new heir has to be picked are acceptable to be handled by a GM, because that's a dead end to this RP. From the very beginning my verdict was that six months is way too short time period for a game that will live on for years and Kage titles become more meaningless eventually. Its a design that the game creator wanted and majority of the community that the kages change *all the time*. Therefor we shall enjoy the free content we receive with this system and watch the world of Nin-Online burn.

  16. I know I've been gone for a while but I had no idea my home village - Sunagakure - was this bad. Why is the Kazekage position being so poorly mismanaged and why aren't people taking the RP aspect of the game seriously? I thought this game was heavily RP oriented so why are people skipping important parts of the Kazekage ceremony? I remember when I was excited to hear the news of sand siblings being chosen and seeing potential Kage candidates who actually cared for the village and weren't just there for the look. This is actually sad. You guys are better than that. Why even apply if you aren't gonna do the job and quit halfway through? I believe a Mod should've stepped in immediately when the problem arose so people could take this position a lot more seriously. And the fact you guys allowed a SIMP to become Kazekage makes me sick. I 100% agree with erasing Sunagakure's history of inconsistent temporary leaders who were only there for the aesthetics and not the job.

  21. Renamed Arms Bandages to Double Arm Bandages Since that's what everyone called it anyway. It was a little confusing since the only difference in it's name from Arm Bandages was one additional "s". Made Dark Clearing map less dark. Adjusted map overlays for better compatibility for Nin Online Inochi.
