Hello Ninjas! I am pleased to introduce you to my next event. This time it will incorporate RP and PvP! Here's how the game will work, I will be kidnapping each Kage individually and each village have the chance to send in a maximum of 4 parties (1 party is sent in at a time). They will be trying to defeat me so they can take their Kage back to their village! The level requirements for Leaf and Sand are level 30+. Mist will have a level requirement of 25+ due to it being a very new village. The event will be taking place on 6/23/19 at 12 P.M. EST. It will begin with the Leaf village, then Sand, then Mist. To give me your teams, you can either PM me here on the forums, or on discord (michael#2236) How To Win: If at least half of the teams fighting for the village, the village will receive village points! As an additional bonus, the teams that do defeat me will win 5 coupons each! Note: I understand that Takumi does not have a Kage to kidnap, so after this event I will be hosting a missing only tournament! Added Sakame Clan House! Changed Abandoned Lair Entrance's Mob Spawn to be random Reduced Abandoned Lair Entrance Snake Spawn from 10 -> 8 Renamed Abandoned Temple to Sealed Temple Changed Abandoned Lair spawn to include the free area spawn, increased spawn from 10->20 Increased Spawn and XP from Bandits Allow players to walk on the second level of the Land of Water bounty station, just like the Land of Rivers one. Changed Hitsutomo from appearing once you're level 30, to a shiny thing that tells you to talk to it when it's 30. Mission Assignment Desk should be more reliable now.

Are we allowed to pay ransom money to win? I mean it is a kidnapping....

Applied more changes to prevent lag spikes and disconnections. Fixed directional bug with Jutsus.

Increased Giant Red Ant aggressive range. Removed sand's starter shirt from Takumi Shop. Panda Level 6 now displays as Max. This is temporary, the top tier panda is not completed!

1 - Orders from the Mizukage are absolute. 2 - Respect and follow orders from higher ranked Mist ninjas. 3 - If you have an argument with a villager, and you are not able to solve it, contact a high rank Ninja (Council, Kage). 4 - It is strictly forbidden attacking or killing any Mist Ninja. (Obviously does not apply to spars, tournaments, etc.) 5 - Mist should always be your priority over anything (Organizations, friends from other villages, etc.). So it is forbidden to do anything that could endanger a Mist Ninja or the Mist village. 6 - You are not obligated to help each single Mist individual, unless there is a village combat going on (wars and raids). Then you must help your village. 7 - You are free to use identity concealing items inside the village, but if any Higher Rank Ninja requests you to show your name, you must obey. Breaking any rules will result in a punishment, decided by the Mizukage depending on the severity. About missings: - There is no way to leave the village under good terms. Once you went missing, you are a Mist enemy. - If you are a missing, and wish to return to the village, you must serve our village (in any way you are requested to do so, and for an indeterminate time) also show your skills in combat so the higher ranks can decide if your Skills are needed in our village. About alliances: - We have no allies at the moment. We are only loyal to ourselves, if you want to be nice to other villages, feel free to join them and get killed once you leave our village. THE BLOOD CHALLENGE: If there is any Mist ninja that you think should be exiled, you can try calling them for a Blood Challenge. It's up to them accepting or not your challenge, but if they do, you will fight and the loser leaves the village. Any Blood Challenge thats accepted, should be informed to the Mizukage so they can watch the fight (Best of three rounds). After it's done, the Kage will exile the loser. If you got exiled by the Blood Challenge, and want to come back, feel free to ask the Kage (after 1 month), which by agreeing, will set up a new challenge, where you'll be able to fight a Ninja chosen by the Mizukage. But this time, they won't get exiled if they lose. Improve DDoS Protection to prevent lag spikes. Login is faster when a lot of players are trying to connect at the same time.

There is currently a known bug that causes certain NPCs to bug out or work unreliably, if there are other NPCs running in parallel on the same map. This was causing the issue with Mist Reset NPC not being reliable. As a workaround, Hitsutomo, the toad, is now a sparkly light until you talk to it at level 30, instead of automatically appearing.

Fixed Mist Genin Forehead Protectors selection through Katakawa in the Mist village ninja academy. Purple forehead protectors which should've been available before are available now.
