Party rejoin won't put you into a random party. This was due to the party disbanding and another being created, it will now check if the party has you in it still. Fixed where debuffs were casted as a player, resulting in PvP timer being triggered. This means, debuffs casted by NPCs won't put flag you with it. Knockbacks cancel Jutsus properly now. Stun diminishing returns are back and better. You can't be stunned by a 2 second or greater stun more than once every 5 seconds.

Porcupine Premium Hairstyle has been fixed. Reverted several changes, check above strikethrough.

Fixed stat colors displaying correctly for buffs/debuffs. Hotbar now displays green text for the cooldown timer. Hotbar now greys out jutsus which you have insufficient chakra to cast. Taijutsu has been reworked. Youthful Spring, Breaking Kick, and Whirlwind Kick have been rebalanced. Attack speed has been reworked. It is 1 Agility per 1 ms reduction in attack speed rather than 2.

Global cooldowns have been removed. Added Yoru, Desert's Pirates, and Red Moon Organization houses.

Plastic Surgeon NPCs added to each hospital to use Unique Skins.
