Hello, I just wanted to give you an update on the Emiya case. Discord has acted on his account and found his messages confirming that he sexted a 17 year old as violations of their terms of service and have deleted his account. I am bringing this to your attention as it means that the Nin Online discord might be flagged for review due to Emiya's actions. Here are the messages that he was banned for from discord: As you can see the message "right she was 17. we messed on chats. i didn't put my dck in her did I? and even if I did, it'd be legal from where i am" has been deleted by Discord and has deleted his account completely. I also want to add the information that the sexting he did with a minor is not legal in the netherlands as of 2011 I also have more evidence that this was the specific message that was reported and his account was banned over. My biggest concern obviously is that the Nin Online discord might now be in jeopardy based on future reports on player's messages like Emiya's and the fact that while discord found enough evidence to act on his account, he is still able to play Nin Online. Thanks for spending the time to read this report, I know this is a problem user for you as he has been reported multiple times for his behavior.
