The Hurricane Blade Technique is a Wind Mastery Technique, allowing the caster to create a hurricane-like gust of wind around their target, damaging them once they fall within a 6 tile radius. This technique has a cast time of 1 second and allows the user to move during this period. This technique requires the user to:

• have the Wind Mastery
• have a minimum of 40 intellect
• have a level of 25 or above

This technique scales with the Intellect statistic.
