    @Ueda At this point Wind its the worse elemental mastery, now all you can do asi Wind its, homing and flicker claw, all the other jutsus depends fully on aim or not worse it, as a suggestion atlest make Drilling or vacumm or scythe instant cast to make wind some playable mastery.
