Suiton is a synthetic human that was created using Tobirama cells. He was named after the chakra nature mastered by the great second hokage Tobirama Senju. Having the Senju DNA on his own composition, Suiton was also capable of mastering cell regeneration and medical habilities in general. He was created by a mad scientist in a clandestine laboratory somewhere inside the Leaf Village territory. After being found by Leaf village police force he was put into foster care and started acting as a Konoha Genin, but later on he decided to follow his own path without any village affiliations moving to the village known as Takumi.
