Can event coupons be trade-able again?

In my opinion the only coupon that should be locked to players are the ones given to us in the level up event . Other than that I feel like event coupons should be tradeables again like they once were for a short period . 
also feel like the event shop items prices are a little ridiculous

The reason they can't be traded is because people could attend an event on multiple accounts and then give their main account all the coupons earned.

Event items should be items Rory does not care about getting abused to get.

For new items he should simply add a new type of gameplay and currency with hard locked mechanics.
