I think that Seathorn Pipe needs a tweak cause right now it's basically the 20 STR Pipe with a DoT on it. It is not worth the extra investment in STR.
You'd think that the weapon of a pure Bubble user that has 80 STR would be much better than the 20 STR one that basically anyone can get since it's a low investment but it does not really offer anything special. In fact a Bubble user with 80 STR Pipe still struggles to fight someone who is double elements and has 20 STR just for the pipe.
A good way to make Bubble stick out as a mastery and to help it fight against 20 STR Pipe users would be to make the Seathorn Pipe place 2 bubbles in a line instead of just one.
