So For The village can you make it so that any ninja whos not from the village would have a harder time seeing while theyre inside the village, that would be neet. And make sure that ninja from the village are the fastest moving on water.

What does being in the Mist village do with your ability to run on water faster then the others.

Lol true Mist Village doesn't get any special benefits like that maybe of water jutsu enhancement wouldnt be so bad

Clarke is getting a run for his money. It would be a bad idea because we don't know what effect running on water will have at this point. Not to mention that if someone is focused on katon, why would that allow them to run faster on water at all? If anything, it would only apply to someone who uses suiton.

I disagree on enhancing a jutsu based on what village they came from. Just because your from konoha doesn't mean you can't have stronger water jutsus from a person who comes from the Mist village.

I'm just saying that maybe Clan like the Hozuki who can turn into water and watever clan Kisame is would probably be faster in water than others, and if not walking on water, can they add swimming to the game then it can justify them being faster in water.

Good discussion. I approve, some really good points are coming out from this. But I don't think running on water faster would be reasonable

Well if we see any kind of transformations of any kind like you said, perhaps an advantage over water wouldn't be...bad. But that's something to worry about when or if we have clans like that.

They shouldn't be getting any special perks unless every village gets its own perk(s).

If we're staying true to the game should'nt a liquid based person and a half fish man cause thats wat they look like, be able to move faster in the water

Like suigetsu can run faster then Rock lee/ Gai on any kind of surface. Lol

But the actual village somebody is born in doesn't effect what they can do or what elements they have. It's just something they're born with. Same with bloodlines, they don't have to be in a village to gain whatever benefits give it.

 

Maybe just a passive benefit you can pick when creating your character.

Rather than having any inherent buffs from being born in a village, there should be advantages such as hidden/forbidden scrolls only available to those that have direct access; meaning certain jutsu can be learned only by being a villager there. However, there can be the option of stealing scrolls to nullify that advantage.

I agree there should be many indirect benefits to each village with features around the village

Yep cause each of the villages are in a diferent location and in a diferent climate, you can't tell me that the people from sunagakure should be able to move faster in water than people from kirigakure and vice versa, unless the ability to move faster in water can be trained, and the kirigakure ninja just start with a boost to it. 

Anyway system won't be thought of for a while still.
