Introduction
The younger brother of Raw, Dare is a 6-year young genin in training with goals to surpass his older brother in every aspect.
Born on the same date as his brother nearly two decades later they seem to carry the same traits such as having quick reflexes, no sympathy for enemies and dozing off in the village square. The only difference is Dare is one of the youngest genins in the village with an IQ over 200, he shows small signs of humour opposed to his elder brother but is very stubborn with sarcastic and quirky remarks.
