   Robu comes from the Crimson clan, one of 7 clans created from a separation of the main Blaze family caused by a major difference in views on justice, morality and ideals between the differing factions. Each separated clan would have a head bloodline that would choose a worthy successor out of the previous leader's children. The successor would then be given a title passed down from leader to leader created by bringing together the name of their clan and the name of their root family name. This title would then become their very name to be called from then on; the name representing their separate sense of the justice, morality, and ideals that separated them from the other 6 clans.

   Robu is the 4th of 5 children; the last two being of a second wife, who comes from the Shirogami clan of a small and hidden village. Despite what they would've thought, Robu and his little sister grew up loved by his family, even after his mother died of sickness at his age of 7. He even looked up to his 2, very capable, older brothers and his very compassionate older sister. His little sister, however, looked up the most toward him. The time was soon coming for a successor of Crimson Blaze to be chosen, and she was afraid it wouldn't be her beloved Robu. She was approached by a man who hid that he was from a dark clan of a rival family. He offered her the power to help Robu get stronger by proxy of her getting stronger. The techniques he taught her however were forbidden ones that immediately corrupted her heart and mind. She soon gathered much power and even hired a young swordswoman whom sought to fight the current Crimson Blaze to the death as a test of her strength.

   The, now corrupted, little sister waited until a moment when Robu went out hunting to destroy the village and erase the rest of the clan so as to leave Robu and herself as the last remaining. The swordswoman, though very young, was able to defeat the current head in a fair and square dual. When Robu returned, his sister stood at the gates with a warm smile on her face, now covered in blood, while his home burned bright behind her. She mentioned one thing about it all being done for him and who showed her such a "wonderful" idea before disappearing. He ran to where his father was and noticed him on the ground, fatally wounded, but still just barely conscious. His dying words were that he knew something was going to happen, but didnt have time to react. He also passed on the name to Robu, stating that it was supposed to be the outcome from the beginning.

   Shirogami Robu, now named Crimson Blaze, would leave into the forests with a few things his father stashed for him, trying hard to see through his tear-filled eyes without looking back and swearing that he would find his sister and save her from her corruption, even if it meant he had to lay her to rest. He also swore to find the man she mentioned and personally deliver what his seed had planted. Crimson was 13 the day of his clan's eradication.

   2 years of secret training and being a wanderer within the forests later, he found the Hidden Leaf and became apart of the village after explaining to the Hokage what happened. To his surprise, the Hokage allowed his late entry into the academy to become a ninja of the Leaf under the condition that he would train and study hard enough to pass the Genin exam faster than normal. With that finished, Crimson is now just a few steps closer to doing what he set out to do while attempting to keep a smile on his face.
