Ikkaku Kingu - Is a Mysterious shinobi currently residing in the hidden leaf, though his true origins are much more complex. Being his destabilization to Space and time in another dimension, he is able to transfer his consciousness to other versions of himself in different Worlds (Rp worlds on diff sites). As such, he also begins a new journey with each realm he visits. Here he is a transplant into the hidden leaf village, as any mention of his own nation is currently withheld from him. 

He is a lightning based fighter, using taijutsu and electricity to battle, though in this realm, he has a long way to go before he can claim his title of "Lightning God" 

He is actually a native of the Village "KumoGakure No Sato"
