1 - Orders from the Mizukage are absolute. 2 - Respect and follow orders from higher ranked Mist ninjas. 3 - If you have an argument with a villager, and you are not able to solve it, contact a high rank Ninja (Council, Kage). 4 - It is strictly forbidden attacking or killing any Mist Ninja. (Obviously does not apply to spars, tournaments, etc.) 5 - Mist should always be your priority over anything (Organizations, friends from other villages, etc.). So it is forbidden to do anything that could endanger a Mist Ninja or the Mist village. 6 - You are not obligated to help each single Mist individual, unless there is a village combat going on (wars and raids). Then you must help your village. 7 - You are free to use identity concealing items inside the village, but if any Higher Rank Ninja requests you to show your name, you must obey. Breaking any rules will result in a punishment, decided by the Mizukage depending on the severity. About missings: - There is no way to leave the village under good terms. Once you went missing, you are a Mist enemy. - If you are a missing, and wish to return to the village, you must serve our village (in any way you are requested to do so, and for an indeterminate time) also show your skills in combat so the higher ranks can decide if your Skills are needed in our village. About alliances: - We have no allies at the moment. We are only loyal to ourselves, if you want to be nice to other villages, feel free to join them and get killed once you leave our village. THE BLOOD CHALLENGE: If there is any Mist ninja that you think should be exiled, you can try calling them for a Blood Challenge. It's up to them accepting or not your challenge, but if they do, you will fight and the loser leaves the village. Any Blood Challenge thats accepted, should be informed to the Mizukage so they can watch the fight (Best of three rounds). After it's done, the Kage will exile the loser. If you got exiled by the Blood Challenge, and want to come back, feel free to ask the Kage (after 1 month), which by agreeing, will set up a new challenge, where you'll be able to fight a Ninja chosen by the Mizukage. But this time, they won't get exiled if they lose. Ranks Mizukage The Mizukage is the Mist village's leader. The Mizukage is generally known to be a relentless fighter, as due to the political system governing the leadership position, being such is a requirement. To be strong is also a requirement to maintain the position. As the Mist village is a war torn village, and being the only thriving village in the Land of Water, the Mizukage holds to most important job, and sets the example for all other ninja to follow. Gaining Mizukage rank is easy, you just have to defeat the Mizukage in a challenge for his position. This can only be done if the leaders of the 3 clans in power choose to call for a battle to the death. The winner of the battle becomes the Mizukage, who then chooses 3 new clans to be in power. The old Mizukage is normally exiled if defeated in a battle challenge before his 6 months tenure. Retirement: If a ninja is a Chunin before becoming Mizukage, and serves as an active Mizukage for atleast 6 months. He will be promoted to Jonin upon retirement. Chunin & Jonin Path Chunin and Jonin path is the traditional ranking system in all villages. Chunin As a Chunin, you have reached a level of maturity and ability that primarily consists of leadership skills and tactical prowess and as such, are qualified to guide other ninja and lead missions. In a war, a Chunin would be a team leader. Requirement: Passing a Chunin Exam Jonin Generally highly experienced and highly skilled shinobi who serve as military captains. In a war, the Jonin would be a commander, commanding teams as battalions. If enough villagers and the respective Kage deem the shinobi to be fitting to the rank, they will be promoted. Requirement: Send a team of Genin into a Chunin Exam, Complete numerous RP Missions with players with mostly good reviews Specialized Jonin Path A Specialized Jonin, sometimes called an S-Jonin is a ranking granted to Ninja whom display "Jonin level abilities" in one area of the Ninja Arts (eg. Sensory, Medical Ninjutsu) but are not balanced in terms of skills, and hence would be unlikely to climb the normal Chunin and Jonin paths. Specialized Jonin are normally tasked to lead missions that require a higher-than-usual level in a specific ability. Eg. Leading a team of Medical Ninja on a rescue mission. In a war, a Specialized Jonin will normally either lead a team tasked with his specialization, or fight as a Genin-level ninja. A Specialized Jonin is comparable to a real world military specialist. A completely different path from the Officer rankings, and still under officers (in this case, Chunin and Jonin) in ranking. Requirement: Display extraordinary abilities in one area of the Ninja Arts, participate in a Chunin Exam. Genin Genin are the lowest level of ninja and also the ones that display the most difference in power. When they become genin, ninja start to do their bit for their village's economy – being sent on missions that the village gets paid for. Requirement: Pass the Genin Test in the Academy Academy Student Academy students are trained and prepared for life as a shinobi. They are not an actual part of the shinobi force, as they are still in the process of mastering the very basics of the ninja lifestyle. However, they can be conscripted as part of the war potential in times of emergency. Titles Shadow Council The shadow council is picked by the Mizukage indirectly, by deciding on three clans within the village to elect someone to be in the Shadow Council. They hold great power to overthrow the Mizukage himself, which is the only check on power the village has. Requirement: The general rule of thumb is that the highest ranking ninja from each clan is the default choice, unless there is heavy objection within the clan. Any cast time Jutsu if cancelled, will go on cooldown. Jutsu should not go on cooldown randomly. Updated audio engine. This is the Mist patch! It will go live when Mist does.

Ok, so a few more screens from the life of Leaf Medic - Tekkey Hinode. As Indra pointed out - probably should have thought about it sooner, but this account might benefit more from the shark skin (if I even win one). #FishSect #TouringMist 6. The famous Leaf's four ninja roleplaying "team MacDom" decided to throw a surprise birthday party in the Harbor Village for one of it's members @Yamamoto Takeshi (to the utter annoyance of the self appointed mayor of said village @Kyreno ). Several ninja were entrusted with the secret and tasked with preparing an ambush, while team MacDom was luring Yama into the appointed place. Needless to say, he was shocked. 7. To say more - this player made event united the community for a short while, and Leaf, Sand and Missing ninja celebrated together. Of course it didn't go without some muscle flexing... quite literally. Behold the first (that i know at least) two Kage's arm wrestling contest! (mostly roleplayed through /e) 8. This time it was @Itama Date's win. Though he was aided with the mysterious sand priest magic (he used his inherent Fuuton jutsu, you see ) and @Kuraen Vali didn't use his Dragon powers, so you know... we all await all out round two of their contest Ps. Yōzakura (Cherry Trees in the Evening) History: The Yōzakura Clan (夜桜一族, Yōzakura Ichizoku) is a hidden clan with origins in the Land of Water. The Clan was originally founded by a group of people who all came from a small remote village in the Land of Water. These people held many different jobs including many forms of teaching, cooking, hunting, etc. The ones who chose to become Ninja trained day and night and fought endlessly to perfect their craft. These Ninja banded together and called themselves "The Band of the Booty" or "Booty Gang" because their sole purpose was to collect money for their village. They were honorable mercenaries who effortlessly completed high-level missions from across the Land of Water in succession. The ones who would hire them knew of their skills and eventually, the entire Land knew of this group's Greatness. With such Greatness, people would show spite, jealousy, and even started to fear them. Despite their feelings, there was not much anyone could do because of "Booty Gang"'s prowess. After becoming more and more famous, they started accumulating major wealth. These mercenary Ninja would go on to start families within the original remote village, create hidden Jutsu, have customs, and develop their own culture. The group grew at an alarming rate, with members having many children and the men occasionally having multiple partners, some not even born inside the remote village. This would force the group to expand. The village grew to the point that they weren't just a group of Ninja; they were an entire family. This would ultimately lead them to forming the "Yōzakura Clan". As they expanded, they would set out to move to Kirigakure. Unfortunately, during their migration, they were betrayed by those who hired them and were constantly ambushed throughout their journey. They already had enemies from foreign lands; but combined with enemies from the Land of Water, it was only a matter of time before the constant attacks would pose an actual threat to the Clan's survival. So instead of constantly fending off hundreds of Ninja in a large group, the Yōzakura would scatter across the Land of Water, making it seem as if they disappeared. This was to protect each other and keep the secrets of the Yōzakura Clan hidden. As they separated from each other, their end point was still Kirigakure. Before the Clan separated, they promised to survive and eventually unite with each other one day... but it's not known if they ever truly united. Not much was known about this Clan in recent times due to the fact that over generations, the Yōzakura Clan's former enemies would begin to erase any evidence of their existence. They raided their previous settlements, attempting to find hidden scrolls and would destroy their abandoned villages to make sure they were erased from history. This was done to ensure that any potential survivors would assume the entire Clan has died. The Yōzakura would seemingly become extinct until a young man met his father and unearthed his Clan's secrets. This young man would inherit his father's mindset and knows deep down that the Clansmen are still alive. He would make it his sole duty to bring his clan back together and restore it to its former glory! Affiliation: Appearance: Despite being Shinobi, members of the Yōzakura Clan would often wear bright clothing and their hair colors would often stand out (red, pink, white), making them look very memorable. Clan Techniques: As mercenaries, they would usually fight in the night, using their many beautiful yet deadly fighting styles, making overseers of this mesmerizing performance refer to them as "The Cherry Trees in the Night". The Yōzakura would fight together as one, having phenomenal teamwork as their many combinations of Jutsu only made each other stronger. They are fearsome in combat and any enemy who was unlucky enough to face them head on in combat has never lived to tell the tale. Members of this clan have a vast array of Masteries, Specialties and fighting styles. The major similarity is that each of these fighting styles involves the use of Sakura Petals. Cherry Blossom Clone (Sakura Bunshin no Jutsu) - Basic Substitution Jutsu that has an animation of Pink Sakura Petals. Pillars of Yōzakura - User creates a 4-sided wall of Pink Sakura Petals to defend against attacks. (Basically Earth Wall.) Sakura Shuriken - User throws a Shuriken with a Pink Sakura Petal animation. (Basically like Shadow Shuriken.) @Ueda

Concealment works with /invite. Bounded items will be destroyed instead of spawned when receiving items that are bound and your inventory is full. Bounty clears on character reset. NPCs should no longer aggro if damage is 0.

He singlehandedly took down the entire akatsuki with his trusty old glock, which goes by many names. "The fofo" "The slack" "The stick" and many other feared nicknames of the most dangerous weapon in Takumi. Recently two brave men named @Booty Gang Pinku and @DeDe3x took over his brain with the emotional support of @Dread Senpou (Artists are me and Dede3x). They then proceeded to take over the entire town and are now on a rampage! The only thing that can wake up Bob is the shark skin cosmetic! He's still being brainwashed and his anger will never go out if you don't do anything! We need your help Rory!

Fix movement and other inputs lagging for slow computer users as well as those who enter an area with a lot of textures that are loading. This was linked to the common complaint that some people ran faster than others. Added a level message to the mission, sometimes you get a mission that is too high of a level to complete. Fix direction updating bugs.

Fixed Sand academy dialogue mentioning Hokage-same. Fixed Theory Lesson not mentioning Gentle Fist, but mentioning Fan Jutsu instead. Fixed Cloak of Invisibility Manual description saying that it's a Taijutsu technique.

Organizations such as ANBU, Akatuski, etc. do not display in the Bounty Book. This means, their Organization is just None. Movement and direction leaks have been fixed.
