Fixed players not being able to get jailed while inside Sand's Theatre. Removed Clone Technique from Scroll Shop until the jutsu gets fixed.

Bounty and kills are all reset.

Concealment works with /invite. Bounded items will be destroyed instead of spawned when receiving items that are bound and your inventory is full. Bounty clears on character reset. NPCs should no longer aggro if damage is 0.

Reduced Larva base damage from 6 -> 4 Increased Spider base damage from 5 -> 6 Increased Scorpion base damage from 5 -> 6 Increased Bee Health from 155 to 165.
