when the download is finish you only need to use the (Setup.exe) the rest isn't important.

 

And if you have a 64bit system the game folder should be installed in Program Files (x86)

It should automatically pop up if you downloaded the Mega version of it..Though Robin said you wouldn't need it and it would be auto installed with nin online folder. The rune time, in fact isn't causing the issue but instead it's where you placed the program.

Servers aren't online, so you may get the error. Happened to me twice.

if your Nin Online folder is located in Program Files (x86) and you got the Runtimes it as to be that the server is down.

Idiots, Runetime error doesn't show even if the game is up or not.. >_>.. He would still be able to register his key on the launcher which from my understand he can't even see the launcher..

Move the ninonline folder OUT OF program files and then re-install the run time files

Program Files --> Nin Online --> Bin --> Runtimeinstaller.
