It will be for every ninja who is lvl 30. It doesn't matter if you are gold, silver or no rank ninja.

Actually, we've decided, you don't have to be level 30 to participate, but it is highly recommended since mostly everyone will be.

it will be better if it is just lvl 30 ninjas because everybody will want to participate and will make other people with bad computer like mine lag

 

And it will not be funny for low lvl to get killed in one second :/

Your character will basically be completely reset. You will have to recreate them when you log in and then will be level 1 with no stats.

If you purchased any cash shop items you will still have those

I just upgraded to a 980ti, it runs Nin Online like a beast.
