email finder tool wont work

does anyone know why the email finder will not work? I just keep getting a green bar. I'm looking for ExiledKasuti's email. I would like to come back, I had to take a break from the game due to my wife and I having a miscarriage. Finally in a place to play and cannot find the Email associated with it. I've tried my old computer, but cant even get the monitors to work to see what im doing, If anyone could help me, I'd sincerely appreciate it.
