Nin needs more usage of turn-keys and this is a great way to start, otherwise EP is too overpowered with no effort at all.

200 IQ solution actually. The only other easy option would be nerfing tile range so the person getting hit is always close enough to have had a chance to cancel.

Yes, instead of just being an press 1 jutsu and bind everyone, you have to aim which targets u want snared. because there can be 2 on the left, 4 on the bottom.
