"The system cannot find the file specified" login problem

so, when i launch the game and then try to click on "login", all i get is something in the top right corner saying that "The system cannot find the file specified", but the account i'm using right now is the account i'm trying to log in with on the game, yet i can still click on "register" and "website". what's wrong here?

I believe this has to do with the client somehow not being able to launch the browser to validate your login.

Would you know why this would be the case? Do you have Chrome installed? Do you have any other browsers installed?
