Black vertical lines appearing while I run around!

Help I'm experiencing some weird stuff while playing Nin online again after a year break. While I walk/run around the world I most of the time get vertical lines appearing anything I can do to limit this. 

- 1060 3gb

- Core I5

- capped at 60 fps

- 1280x800

Are you using the new or old client?

If new client, are you using the Legacy Map Rendering option?

If old client, I think it's to do with Forced Anti-aliasing on your NVIDIA control panel.
