can't login it always say that my account doesn't exist

i've played till level 23 and now i can't play and i dunno why..

can someone tell me whats happening?? i really want to have my account back and keep playing.

If you use Facebook or google account you need to go to the page of nin online if you already singed up with this account which you want to play the game go out of it and then go to sign in write your email and then use the command “forgot password” then change the password they will send you auto email you need just to confirm it and so you can set password to non password accounts like Facebook and google.
