if the jutsu goes on cooldown it ok if not it abuse i think

this bug existed for a long time after the alt+justu bug was fixed

I don't wanna explain how the bug works but if it helps to fix it then I will target someone then use crescent and then press ESC if you are in the range of them it gets cancel but the animation still rolls without it going on cooldown

We'll fix this in the new client. It's just a rather small bug compared to the more significant issues that come with the current one.
