Did Tsunade change it up? It looks like a whole different location.

I think it is.  Might have been in the Jounin lounge at that time and when Tsunade got kage, they moved it.

Wasn't this right before Orochimaru attacked Konoha? We know that Hokage knew about this attack, maybe he moved somewhere to safe location or so.

I think that's part of episode 1 when Naruto steals the forbidden scroll and Sarutobi is briefing the Jounin on what's going on. It's the only episode I remember seeing that crystal ball. It most likely was the kage office, but was changed after the pilot episode.

@Sipher The time when the Hokage was briefing the Jounin about Naruto stealing the scroll. I am like 98% sure they were outside in some yard and as soon as the Hokage finished telling them about Naruto they all just fucking shushined fast as fuck haha.

This was during the Chuunin Exam, my assumption is also that this is just a conference room in the Jounin Lounge where Jounin are told of upcoming events.
