Everyone in Kumogakure is awesome - If I had to meet a character in the Narutoverse the first one I would meet would be Killer B. And if not Kumo, Leaf. Leaf just has a nice air to it and the village is the nicest of all of them. It'd be #1 if it wasn't always the target of something or the creator of monstrous antagonists like Nagato, Orochimaru, and Tobi. Also, Kirigakure is probably dangerous. Well, maybe not anymore, under Mei. Why would you risk that kind of danger - people in Kumogakure as just as if not more badass than anyone in Kirigakure.
