Also, It is announced as dev loog #14 when you have one already called Dev log#14 More and more jutsu.

Chakra stat increases your pool of Chakra. Medical Jutsus will be boosted in effectiveness based upon Intellect, but Chakra stat will be needed to cast Jutsus longer which is necessary for long battles. With the implementation of charging Chakra, we may change this to make Chakra stat (Spirit) boost the effectiveness of Medical Jutsus. 2

That's why I had to ask because I had a feeling it would be based on Intellect but I was thinking it should be based on the Chakra stat.
