Game doesn't start after clicking "START GAME" in the launcher.

There is not any error message, the game just doesn't open; the steps on the troubleshooting page don't fix the problem and there are multiple users with the exact same problem:

(The solution in link 3 didn't solve the problem)

Happened to me as well today straight after the update, but then I closed the launcher, tried again, and it worked.
